2. Set up community development programs which include children, youth, old
aged persons and people with HIV/AIDS
Core
Ministries of Glorious Christian Ministry:
1. Establish
a church based on a Pentecostal doctrine.
(i) The
name of this church will be Glorious Christian Church.
(ii) Location:
we intend to locate it in Namengo Kiteredde at Salongo Serunjoji
Godfrey’s
land along the road to kiteza opposite Mr. Paul’s home.
(iii)Service
time: we shall be holding Sunday service from 10:00am-12:00pm.
In
a addition, Wednesday evening services from 5:00pm – 7:00pm.
(iv)We
pledge to abide by the law and be obedient to the local authority and we shall
Control
our sound so that we respect and observe all people’s rights.
2. Setup community development programs
which will include;
i. Children Development Programs
a. Contributing
school fees to the needy children
b. Offering
medical service to the sick yet families cannot afford.
c. Spiritual
and moral development through Center days and fellowships.
ii. Youth Development Programs
a. Help
the youth through shaping their moral
b. Setting
up some income generating activities
c. Spiritual
development through youth camps and centers.
iii. HIV/AIDS support Programs
a. Starting
some income generating activities
b. Working
together with the government to see that they get ARVs
c. Helping
them to regain hope for the future.
iv. Old aged persons, widows, and disabled
Programs.

generating activities
b. Food
support through our mercy ministries
v. Set up a medical Center to provide nearby treatment to the members of
our community.
We have
come to serve God through reaching all people and ministering to them
Holistically
through
working hand with your office and abiding by the law and constitution of the
government
of Uganda.
Aims and objectiveS of Glorious
Christian Church.
The
objective of Glorious Christian Church shall include but not limited to the
following:
1. To establish church after the New
Testament pattern, that is, self-governing, self-propagating and
self-supporting bodies known as local Church’s.
2. To conduct religious services namely
church services, marriage ceremonies, funeral services, baptism services,
gospel crusades, conferences, and invention, seminars, dedication and
ordination services, Holy communion services, etc.
3. To establish and effectively carry out
the financial policies of church.
4. To provide the means for fellowship
among Christians of the organization and others like precious faith through
rallies and camp meetings.
5. To exercise the oversight and
supervision of pastors, elders, branch church leaders who in turn have the
responsibility of the oversight of the church.
6. To encourage and promote evangelism in
order to fulfill Christ’s command, “God ye into the world and preach the Gospel
to every creature”.
7. To provide for the spiritual training
and fellowship of the children and youth through camp and youth club programs.
8. To assist the churches in the
registration of land.
9. To exercise and disciplinary measures
against supervisors, offices, ministers, pastors and Branch church in
accordance with Scriptural principles and the policies and by-laws of Glorious
Christian church.
10. Through its Board of Trustees, to buy,
to handle, to sell, to mortgage, and to hold property on property held by the
board of Trustees of Glorious Church.
11. To initiate and sustain activities,
which are particularly, designed to hear Christian witness to all people. To
adopt such means of making known the activities and services of Glorious
Christian Church as may seem expedient and in particular by circular, by
advertising, by newsletters, by periodicals, by sound broadcasting,
cinematography films, video and audio films, publications, of brochure, books,
granting prizes, rewards, scholarships.
12. To establish and maintain programmes,
schemes or projects, which will, contributes to evangelism of primarily the
population of Uganda as a whole.
13. To solicit missionaries to come and
assist in planning, implementation and evaluation of projects, departments or
any other particular assignment as may be assigned by Glorious Christian
Church.
14. To employ experts, advisors,
coordinators and other for the objects aforesaid.
15. To provide, furnish and fit out with
necessary equipment, furniture, aids, statistics and other material, centers
for coordination of the objects aforesaid and to promote, organize, manage,
coordinate, educate and do all such things as may be necessary and desirable,
or incidental thereto.
16. To take steps by personal or written
appeal, public meeting, or otherwise as may from time to time to be deemed
expedient for the purpose of procuring contributions to the funds of the
organization in the shape of endowment, donations, contributions, tithes and
offerings or otherwise participate in such things as have their objects the
raising of money.
17. To appeal to any international body,
government or authorities, national bodies or public organizations,
corporations, companies or persons for and to accept grants of money and of
land, donations gifts, subscriptions, and other assistance with a view to
promoting the objects of the organization.
18. To subscribe to any local or any other
charities and to grant donations for any public purpose, to grant pension, allowances gratuities and bonuses to
and provide a superannuation or any other funds for the servants for the organization
and otherwise to assist any such servant, their widows and dependents.
19. To
invest monies of the organization no
immediately require in any one or more
of investments
